Hanging out at the picnic

Immanuel Christian School Grade 1 pupil Elizabeth Voth climbed up on the playground equipment at Lions Park in south Aylmer and decided to try hanging upside down for a bit during a picnic held there to celebrate the last day of school on Thursday afternoon, June 23. Ms. Voth was clearly proud about graduating from Grade 1 earlier that day as she insisted she was now in Grade 2 when talking to the reporter despite what her nearby schoolmates had to say. The younger pupils brought a picnic lunch with them as they arrived earlier than their older schoolmates who had lunch first. The pupils then played Capture the Flag along with other games.
