Roaring at Young Americans workshop

East Elgin Secondary School Grade 12 student Seth Cipolla, dressed as The Lion King, sang in a number about Disney film characters during a rehearsal for a showcase that was the culmination of a three-day workshop at East Elgin Secondary School Tuesday night, Nov. 1. A total of 84 youths from Grades 3 through 12 participated, coming from as far away as London. They were involved in workshops on dancing, singing and acting with the 43 members of The Young Americans touring troupe.
