Families welcome 2017 at Complex

Skaters took to one of the ice rinks at East Elgin Community Complex Saturday night, Dec. 31, as it hosted its annual Family New Year’s Eve celebration from 6 to 9 p.m. In addition to inflatable amusements, craft tables and face painting, a cake marking the start of Canada 150 events in 2017 was cut.
