Southwestern Public Health was reporting 42 cases of COVID-19 confirmed by testing in Aylmer as of Tuesday, Aug. 4, up from 35 the previous day.
Bayham increased slightly to 18 from 17, and St. Thomas from two to three.
In Oxford County, cases in Tillsonburg increased to nine from eight, and remained steady at six in Norwich.
