Game for dinner

Volunteer cooks, some having started as early as 7 a.m., put the finishing touches on an annual game dinner at Aylmer Optimist Club, Friday night, Jan. 16. Dishes on the menu included frog’s legs, squirrel, snails, smoked whitefish and lake trout and “Cajun catfish.” About 80 men attended, with proceeds to the club’s youth projects in the community.
