Darren Catt, left, and Will Decloux of host East Elgin Secondary School shielded Leo Centeno as he shifted right with the ball in a Thames Valley Regional Junior boys football game against London Laurier, Friday night, Oct. 23. Laurier dominated the first half, but EESS staged something of a comeback in the second, though still ended up on the losing side of a 21-27 score, East Elgin’s first loss of the season. Its record now stands at three wins and one loss.
