Racing around at Vacation Bible School

Aron Wall, front, was among several youngsters who participated in a timed game that had them compete in teams to pick up the most balls and sponges and put them in a bucket during the Bethel United Reformed Church Vacation Bible School on Thursday morning, July 21. The theme of the week-long Vacation Bible School was “Ocean Commotion — Diving into Noah’s Flood.” Activities for the children aged 4 to 12 each morning included games, crafts, songs and snacks. Bethel United Reformed Church is located east of Aylmer along Talbot Line (Highway 3) just west of Hacienda Road.
