Tegan Rouse of Belmont 4-H Dairy Club caught the eye of the judge during the annual Elgin 4-H Interclub Showmanship and Conformation Competition in the cattle barn at Aylmer Fair, Saturday morning, Aug. 13. She was vying for honours along with others in the Intermediate Dairy Showmanship class for 4-H members 13 through 15 years old.
