Seniors bounce back to topple CECI

Devin Catt of host East Elgin Secondary School backed his way toward the Central Elgin Secondary School net during a Senior boys basketball game Tuesday, Feb. 4. EESS trailed 19-22 at the half, but stormed back in the third and fourth quarters to take control of the game and a 46-36 victory. That extended East Elgin’s unbeaten streak to a league-leading eight games in Thames Valley South. Top scorers were Kyle Bennett with 11 points and Dylan Burch and Matt Goble with 10 each.
